And the guy talking about your “rounded back” under heavy deads should read some of Cressey’s stuff, specifically where he talks about the real no-no being lumbar flexion, not thoracic flexion under maximal load.
Thanks Ronell! It’s fairly simple, until it’s not… for most it’s still simple. Right on with the deadlift stuff, there is a fair amount of info out there on that debate. Haven’t seen too many great pullers hit big lifts in perfect alignment.
